Sprinkles Ice Cream

I haven't spent all that much time in Beverly Hills since moving out here, but last week I decided it was time for my 90210 moment: A trip to Sprinkles. Since I have already visited the famous cupcake bakery both in LA and NYC, I headed straight to the new-to-me adjacent ice cream parlor, which opened last year.

The space may be white and minimalist, but the menu was bursting with variety. From Cap'n Crunch to Salty Caramel, there were so many enticing flavors to choose from—and not just for the ice cream. Scoops can be ordered in red velvet waffle cones, sandwiched between cupcake tops, topped with house-made sauces and toppings or paired up with fresh-baked cookies.

After much necessary deliberation, I ordered a Cupcake Sundae with red velvet ice cream wedged between a vanilla cupcake (and of course, sprinkles!), but it was so decadent I could barely finish it. Next time (and there will be a next time), I am bringing a friend to share. Why let such a good thing go to waste?

So cute and yummy! Now I want ice cream despite the 10 degree weather.
